FAQs
How much do I earn per referral?
You earn 3% of the base house cost. The fee is paid to your broker once the home breaks ground. The referral bonus will be paid in two equal installments: 50% after Concord Homes breaks ground on the clients property. 50% after Concord Homes receives the customer’s first scheduled construction progress payment.
When do I need to register my client?
Before their first visit to a Concord Homes Design Center. Your client must also confirm you as their agent during that first visit. Registrations are valid for 12 months.
Do I need to attend meetings or calls?
No. Once you register your client, we will take it from there.
When is a referral not eligible?
A referral isn’t eligible if the client has already visited a Design Center on their own, is currently working with a Concord Homes representative, or is registered with another agent or broker.
What happens after I submit the form?
You’ll receive a confirmation email. When your client visits the Design Center, they’ll confirm you as their referring agent. From there, our team takes over. You’ll be paid once the client moves in.
