About the Founder
Jeff Hanson
Founder of Concord Homes.
Construction has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
Long before Concord Homes had a name, I was learning how things were built, how problems were solved, and why quality work is about more than the finished product. It is also about the people involved along the way.
When my wife, Chloe, and I started Concord Homes, we built the company around a simple belief:
Construction should not have to be a battle for one person to come out ahead.
We believe the best projects happen when everyone wins.
That means our homeowners feel heard, respected, and excited about the process. Our employees know they are valued. Our subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners are treated with honesty and respect.
We do not believe great businesses are built by squeezing every last dollar out of the people around them. We would rather build lasting relationships than chase short-term wins.
As it turns out, that philosophy has been pretty good for business, too.
It blesses us when our clients trust us enough to recommend Concord Homes to their friends and family. We have also built strong relationships with the trade partners we work beside every day—people who share our commitment to quality, integrity, and doing things the right way.
Those relationships are not accidental. They are the result of trust earned over time.
Around here, we believe a handshake still means something.
We answer the phone. We communicate honestly. We do what we say we are going to do. When a problem arises, we do not hide from it—we take responsibility, find a solution, and keep moving forward.
We would love to tell you that every construction project goes exactly according to plan, but if you have ever watched a home renovation show, you know that may be the funniest thing you read all day.
Construction comes with challenges. The difference is how those challenges are handled. At Concord Homes, we face them together, communicate clearly, and work toward the best possible outcome for everyone involved.
At the end of the day, we are not simply building houses or remodeling spaces.
We are helping families create the places where life happens—the kitchens where everyone gathers, the porches where stories are shared, the living rooms where holidays are celebrated, and the homes people look forward to returning to every day.
I take that responsibility personally.
If you are looking for a builder who believes relationships matter just as much as craftsmanship, we would be honored to have the opportunity to earn your trust.
Welcome to Concord Homes.
We look forward to building something great together.
