This option includes everything thru the completion of framing, including site work, foundation, rough-in’s, exterior and framing.  This serves clients who want to complete the build themselves.  We provide lender options that specialize in this type of project while continuing to work with the client thru completion.

Turnkey
This option includes everything from start to finish.  This process includes standard procedures, including selections for the barndominium.
